Preparation: The system is drained of all fluid and pressure is released. Any critical components are protected to avoid damage during the cleaning process.
Repeat: The circulation and flushing steps may be repeated several times, depending on the level of contamination, until the desired level of cleanliness is achieved.
Refill: Finally, the system is refilled with clean fluid, and any critical components are reinstalled. The system is then pressurized and checked for leaks, and the performance is tested to ensure it meets the desired specifications.
Circulation: The cleaning solution is circulated through the system using a pump to remove any debris and contaminants. The solution is then drained and the system is flushed with clean water to remove any residual cleaning solution.
Inspection: After the cleaning process, the system is inspected for any signs of damage or wear, and any necessary repairs or replacements are made.
